DAVIDSON, N.C.(AP) Davidson's backcourt of Jason Richards, Stephen Curry and Bryant Barr combined for 64 points, and the Wildcats hit nine second-half 3-pointers for a 95-74 Southern Conference victory over The Citadel on Thursday night.
The trio from Davidson (4-5, 2-0 Southern Conference) combined to go 14-for-23 from 3-point range.
Cameron Wells led The Citadel (3-5, 0-2) with 20 points. Austin Dahn scored 17 points, and Tyrell McDowell had 13.
The teams were tied at 39-39 at the half, and again at 47-47 with 17:13 left.
The Wildcats then went on a 25-6 scoring spree. They then stretched their lead to 27 points, their largest of the game, on a pair of free throws by Curry.
