Little, who is 6'3 and wearing #4 in the video above, was a football, basketball and track star in high school and wants a shot at some sort of glory with Roy Williams' squad.
"He can't come close to catching up for at least three weeks, and at the end of that three-week period, we'll make a decision whether it's good for him to continue or not," Williams said Friday.

"We have 16 variations of secondary break; he has zero,'' Williams said. "And yesterday, it was so funny, everybody on the blue team was trying to help him, and he was so confused he could put on a helmet and not know which was to look out. Again, he has no hope until he learns what's going on, and that's going to take quite a while. He's got wonderful athleticism, and he's a wonderful kid. He has some speed and quickness, and we'll just wait and see."

Little wants to become the next football/basketball star at Carolina. Both Julius Peppers and Ronald Curry (both now in the NFL) were big contributors on both teams. Peppers, along with the Eagles Donovan McNabb, are the only people to play in a Super Bowl and on a Final Four team (Peppers is the only one to play in both events). The last Tar Heels to attempt the feat were Jesse Holley and Brooks Foster, who were bench warmers on the 2005 National Championship team.
Football Player to Walk On For #1 Tar Heels originally appeared on NCAA Basketball FanHouse on Fri, 14 Dec 2007 22:33:00 EST .
