In case you missed it over the Thanksgiving weekend, this is one of the best dunks you may see all year.
That was Chris Wright of Dayton, flying over Marquette's Maurice Acker . Wright is 6-8 while Acker is 5-8. Wright really got some air under himself.

Although he certainly jumped pretty high, his vertical was no 70 inches. If it was, the top of his his head would have been 2 1/2 feet above the basket. From the video, it doesn't appear that the top of his head ever got as high as the rim, which would put his vertical somewhat below 40 inches.

Why let facts get in the way of an attention-grabbing headline?
Of the 30 clips of varying quality showing Wright's jam, Chas picks the one that says BALLS TO THE FACE. Nice work.
Anyway, Dayton is a tough place to play but if Marquette wasn't a pretender then they wouldn't have gotten the shit beaten out of them like that.
The Big East is overrated.....very good but still overrated.
the game wasn't in dayton.
